In 1988, the College of Engineering became the first engineering college in the densely populated Middle Euphrates region. The departments of civil, and mechanical engineering were the first to be established, followed by the departments of electrical, chemical, environmental, architecture, and biomedical engineering.

وفقاً للتوقيتات التي حددتها وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ورئاسة جامعة بابل، وبإشراف ومتابعة مباشرة من السيدة عميد كلية طب الأسنان الأستاذ الدكتورة سهى عبد الحسين هندي، أنهت الكلية امتحانات الدور الأول التقويمية الوزارية للفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2025-2026 بنجاح وتميز. وشهدت الجولات التفقدية والمتابعة اليومية للامتحانات حضوراً فاعلاً لكل من المدرس الدكتور حسن محسن الرماحي/ معاون العميد للشؤون العلمية والأستاذ المساعد الدكتور وائل رشيد عبيد الفتلاوي/معاون العميد للشؤون الإدارية. وجاء هذا النجاح ثمرة للجهود الحثيثة والمشتركة التي بذلتها اللجنة الامتحانية المركزية، ولجنة الامتحانات التقويمية، إلى جانب اللجنة الساندة للامتحانات، والتي عملت بروح الفريق الواحد لتوفير بيئة امتحانية مثالية ومستوفية لجميع الشروط الوزارية. وفي سياق متصل، وباعتبار كلية طب الأسنان في جامعة بابل هي المركز الامتحاني المركزي في المحافظة، أنهت اللجان المشرفة المكلفة من قبل العمادة أعمالها في متابعة سير الامتحانات التقويمية الوزارية في الجامعات والكليات الأهلية بمحافظة بابل، والتي شملت كلية طب الأسنان في جامعة المستقبل وكلية طب الأسنان في جامعة الحلة. حيث أشادت اللجان بالانضباط العالي والالتزام بالتعليمات والضوابط الصادرة من الوزارة، بما يضمن رصانة العملية التعليمية والتقييمية. احمد ابراهيم
