In 1988, the College of Engineering became the first engineering college in the densely populated Middle Euphrates region. The departments of civil, and mechanical engineering were the first to be established, followed by the departments of electrical, chemical, environmental, architecture, and biomedical engineering.

اقامت كلية طب الأسنان جامعة بابل بالتعاون مع كلية المستقبل الجامعة وضمن برنامج التوأمة بين الكليات ورشة عمل بعنوان (آلية وضع أسئلة الامتحان التقويمي) في رحاب كلية المستقبل الجامعة وذلك يوم الثلاثاء 2021/12/14 بتوجيه و اشراف عميد كلية طب الأسنان في جامعة بابل الاستاذ الدكتور امير حمدي العميدي وتوجيهات لجنة العمداء بخصوص الاستعداد للامتحانات التقويمية. كانت الورشة تحت رعاية السيد مساعد رئيس جامعة بابل للشؤون العلمية استاذ دكتور محمد منصور الخفاجي وقد حضر الورشة معاون عميد كلية طب الأسنان جامعة بابل للشؤون العلمية مدرس دكتور جميله علي عبد الصاحب وعدد كبير من تدريسيي الكلية وكذلك كان في استقبالهم، ا.د. عباس الباوي .المساعد العلمي لكلية المستقبل الجامعة وا.د. عذراء يحيى الحجازي رئيس قسم طب الاسنان وقد أجرى فريق كلية طب الأسنان جامعة بابل جوله في عيادات ومختبرات كلية المستقبل الجامعة. تناولت الورشة طريق وضع الأسئلة الامتحان التقويمي والتفاهم حول فتح افاق التعاون والتوأمة بين الكليتين من الجوانب العلمية والفنية واللوجستية وذلك لتخريج جيل واعي ومسؤول عن تطوير الواقع العلمي ورفع المستوى العلمي لدى الطلبة خدمة للصالح العام والعملية التعليمية. احمد ابراهيم
